![]() don't be afraid to ask.Įdit - I've just remembered I had some screenshots so the first two (in order - high custom, ultra high custom) are at 1920x1080 at stock clocks.Īnd the the following two are at 2560x1440 and at my GPU's max overclock (+225 core, +450 memory) in the same order. So hopefully this will be helpful to you guys, if you need any help in regards to hardware and settings then please. Now if you're having any problems with Aliasing then all you can do is turn up the resolution (IF you have the performance to spare) for example I can now run at 2560x1440 with those settings and a +100 core and +225 memory overclock and hit 60 fps consistently all the while, looking a lot better in terms of picture quality. Of course, depending on what hardware you run (GPU+Video Memory size) your results WILL differ but as a general guide, this is what you can do to improve performance. So if you're experiencing any of these issues, those two settings should be the first to go down and there's not much of a difference between the two settings. ![]() Now if I switched Mirrors and VR to Ultra High from High, the frame rate drops from 90 to about 60 with minimum's in the mid 40's, all of this at 1920x1080. So when I was doing my testing with V-sync off, with those settings I was averaging about 90 fps at stock clocks boosting up to about 1291 MHz. ![]() Mirrors and Vehicle Reflections which is completely different to 2015 which I found Shadows to be the biggest resource hog whereas on 2016, I actually saw an improvement!! Now the two settings if anyone is having issues with stutter and frame drops are. So with my 970 and FX-6300, I can run everything on the highest settings (with custom post process settings as I don't need Motion Blur or Depth of Field) and get 60 fps but with slightly low GPU usage (60-75%) which I found to be quite impressive. So I've been messing around with the graphics settings because I have low GPU usage which in conjunction with my high CPU usage, I think is causing stuttering issues with my recordings. ![]()
